Kirk C. Tice
President & CEO
As President & CEO, Kirk C. Tice is responsible for the overall management
of RWJ Rahway. Mr. Tice has served as President & CEO of RWJ Rahway
since 1994. Prior to his appointment, he served the Hospital as Senior
Vice President of Administration, Vice President of Clinical Services,
and Director of Business Development/Clinical Services.
He began his career as a registered respiratory therapist before receiving
a bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration from the New
School for Social Research in New York City. Mr. Tice received his master’s
degree in Health Services Administration from the New School for Social
Research Graduate School of Management. Mr. Tice is also a Licensed Nursing
Home Administrator.
His many professional associations include Robert Wood Johnson University
Hospital at Rahway Foundation, QualCare Preferred Providers, the American
College of Health Care Executives, and the American Hospital Association.
He is past president of the Senior Health Care Executive Society of New
Jersey and former board member of the New Jersey Hospital Association
(NJHA). Mr. Tice is a past president of the Rahway Kiwanis Club, a past
president of the Board of Directors of the Rahway Geriatric Center, and
a former member of the Board of Directors of the American Heart Association’s
Northern New Jersey Regional Affiliate.
