Stroke Support Group for Patients and Caregivers - with Featured Speakers

Stroke survivors, their families and caregivers are invited to join our free Stroke Support Group meetings featuring stroke specialists who present perspectives on the topic of the day.
Stroke specialists will provide education, social and interactive activities and answer your questions. We want to support you and your loved ones on your stroke recovery journey.
Time: All sessions will be held from 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm
