This event takes place at Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus 600 River Avenue in Lakewood, Conference Rooms A/B/C. September is National Healthy Aging Month! Every September, Healthy Aging Month is celebrated to raise awareness about the physical and mental health of older adults as well as promote different ways people can stay healthy while aging. Join our health educators to celebrate, learn about living a healthy lifestyle, and participate in a raffle to win a healthy prize!
