The mission of the RWJBarnabas Health School of Nursing/Elizabeth General Medical Center School of Nursing Alumni Association is to promote and to provide support to students and alumni through scholarship, mentoring, professional development, and expanding resources. Mentoring in terms of professional growth, interview skills and strategies and job retention. Mentoring can also provide academic support.
