Schedule Your Screening Mammography Online

Please answer the following questions to determine if you qualify for a screening mammogram:

• Is this your first mammogram at The Breast Center?
• Have you had any lump, nipple discharge or other change in your breast in last 3 months?
• Have you had a mastectomy, breast surgery or a needle biopsy in last 3 to 6 months?
• Do you have a breast implant rupture or leakage?
• Is this mammogram a six-month follow-up appointment?
• Are you under the age of 40? (Under 40 requires a doctor's referral.)
• Has been less than 365 days since your last exam? (Most insurances only cover one screening mammogram a year.

If you answered NO to all the questions above, please schedule your appointment:

Walk In Wednesdays
Each Wednesday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, patients with a prescription can walk in to The Breast Center at the ACC, 200 South Orange Ave, Livingston, NJ, to have a screening mammogram. No appointment is necessary.
