Princeton Climbing Lab - A Workshop Series - RWJUH Somerset

Join us for Princeton Climbing Lab, a workshop series designed to help climbers of all levels build strength, improve mobility, and prevent injuries.
Led by Dr. Geoff Stankus, PT, DPT, CCCE, Cert. DN, CKTP, SFMA, an expert in movement science and injury prevention from RWJBarnabasHealth Sports Physical Therapy in Princeton, these sessions will blend hands-on training with expert insights to keep you climbing stronger for longer.
Whether you're looking to solve your physical crux, recover faster, or bulletproof your body against common climbing injuries, this series will give you the tools to stay on the wall and push your limits.
Workshops will be held Thursday nights inside Gravity Vault Princeton.
