Diabetes: Are you at risk? At MMCSC (in-person)

This event takes place in The James and Sharon Maida Geriatric Conference Room. Did you know that 29.1 million people, or, 9.3% of the U.S. population have diabetes? Do you know if you have it? The Community Health Education team at Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus, will present on diabetes awareness and prevention which can be helpful in avoiding or delaying this controllable disease. The discussion will include the signs and symptoms of diabetes as well as successful diabetes prevention.
