Join Kim Huston, Reiki Master and Certified Breathwork facilitator is passionate about sharing this modality with anyone looking for true healing. Sacred breathwork can help release negative patterns and fears that keep us stuck. Bring a yoga mat and blanket, chairs will also be available.
