This event takes place at Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus 600 River Avenue in Lakewood, Geriatrics Institute Conference Room. Join us for Theraband Exercises with the Monmouth University Graduate Therapy Doctoral Students. You’ll use resistance bands to work on strength building and stability! Everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace and ability; all levels of fitness and flexibility are welcome. All equipment provided. Physical movement waiver is required for all participants.
