January 2021 Graduates
New Nurses Graduate the Trinitas School of Nursing
January 2021 Graduate Awardees
Seventy-nine students received their nursing diplomas from the Trinitas School of Nursing for what would have been the 165th Convocation Ceremony on Jan. 21. Although a typical ceremony was not held, 89 women and 17 men became eligible to sit for the registered nurse licensing exam. Their photos were taken individually by Grace Photography and graphic design magic was made to create the class photo.
“In the middle of the chaos fueled by this pandemic, we found an oasis and will celebrate the indomitable and inspiring class of January 2021,” said Dr. Roseminda Santee, Dean of the Trinitas School of Nursing, which is affiliated with Union College, and also awards Associates in Science Degrees to the graduates. “We are very proud of our students, our faculty and staff, and our photographer, Grace Photography, for doing this professional work during a very challenging situation and practicing all precautions including screening, social distancing, handwashing, and masking (except for graduates at actual photo taking but still socially distant).”
