The RWJBarnabas Health Mobile Health Training Center uses highly qualified, engaging instructors to deliver content incorporating science-based practices in various American Heart Association, Emergency Medical Technician, and Pre-Hospital Medicine courses.
As New Jersey's largest provider of CPR instruction, the Training Center offers programs in Health Care Provider, Heartsaver CPR and First Aid, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation, and all levels of Instructor Development programs.
RWJBarnabas Health is leading the field in education by being the largest provider of initial training courses for Emergency Medical Technicians in New Jersey. With an over 90% first-time pass rate on the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technician certification examination, we believe in our students and their success, offering pathways post-graduation into employment and further education.
The RWJBarnabas Health Mobile Health Training Center proudly offers The Pre-Hospital Medicine: Paramedic Science Program in partnership with Hudson County Community College. Through a rigorous process of academic and clinical applications, students are prepared to fulfill the roles and responsibilities of an Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic (EMT-P) as they pertain to the care and transportation of the sick and injured.
