General Mood and Anxiety Disorders
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Based on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT Informed) to address anxiety and depression, IOP sessions require a minimum of 3 days per week with 9-12 hours per week of intensive group therapy, psycho-education, individual and family therapy and medication management.
Eligibility
- Individuals 18 years of age and older
- Experiencing symptoms of anxiety or depression without cognitive impairment, active psychosis, or active suicide risk
- Able to commit to program schedule
- Most commercial insurances accepted
Offering
- Intake evaluation
- In-person group therapy, 3 days per week
- Weekly individual therapy
- Medication management
- Individualized treatment planning
- Family sessions as needed
