Toms River Communities That Care (CTC) is a community coalition cultivating relationships within the Toms River community to build prevention strategies for youth.

Purpose Statement

Toms River is an inclusive community where youth are empowered with coping and resiliency skills, equitable education and an environment that fosters positive social, mental, emotional and physical health.
