Infusion Therapy Center
What is Infusion Therapy?
Infusion therapy is a key component of any cancer treatment plan. It typically involves the administration of medication through a needle or catheter, but also includes other non-oral routes, such as intramuscular injections and epidural routes (into the membranes surrounding the spinal cord). The therapy includes the use of chemotherapy, biological, monoclonal antibody therapy, blood products and supportive supplements. A prescription from your doctor is required.
