Life Support Training Center at Somerset Campus

RWJUH MHS is an Accredited American Heart Association Training Center as well as an American Safety & Health Institute Training Center. We offer several classes that target everyone from health care professionals to boy scouts and babysitters. We run day, night, and weekend classes to try and accommodate everyone's schedule.

MHS is a regional center for teaching pre-hospital and emergency medical sciences. The Mobile Health Services’ Education department has over 200 regular and adjunct instructors, over 2 campuses, who provide specialized training to the hospital’s medical residents, Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School students, health care providers of all levels, emergency services agencies in the area, and to the community.
