Cardiac Wellness Program
The Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital (RWJUH) Cardiac Wellness Program helps people with heart disease continue their rehabilitation journey.
It offers a supervised, progressive exercise plan without EKG monitoring, and is designed for those who either have completed cardiac rehabilitation or are considered ineligible for a monitored program due to criteria established by their insurance company.
The fitness program is tailored to meet your needs while providing support.
It is an eight-week program that contains at least sixteen sessions in a small group with a fitness professional.
It was developed by cardiac rehabilitation specialists at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in partnership with the health care professionals from the RWJ Fitness and Wellness Center Medical Advisory Board.

RJW Fitness and Wellness Center at New Brunswick
100 Kirkpatrick Street, Suite 201
