What is Multiple Sclerosis?

Multiple sclerosis is an autoimmune disorder of the central nervous system that produces a broad spectrum of different effects in different patients. For some, the disease results in minor symptoms while, to others, it can be debilitating. The disease affects various functions of the body, but commonly interrupts a patient's ability to write, speak, or walk.

There is no cure for MS yet. However, medical science has developed strategies and treatments to help manage symptoms and slow the progression of MS. Our MS Comprehensive Care Center is dedicated to these advancements and to improving the health and quality of life of our patients.

More About Our Services
