RWJBH’s Breastfeeding Wellness Center provides comprehensive lactation services including prenatal breastfeeding classes, one-on-one consultation’s, and in-person support groups.
Vanessa left the hospital on Friday and came to the support group on Monday at the recommendation of a close friend. She discusses how being in a room with 10 other moms and an IBCLC (Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant) helped her to trust her instincts as a new mother and move forward with confidence.
