At RWJBarnabas Health One Source Employee Assistance Program (EAP), we strive to make our provider network the best in the industry. To that end, we have strict provider requirements and back them up with unparalleled support by our Provider Relations Staff.
To become a provider with the RWJBarnabas Health One Source EAP, you will need to complete our application and provide us with the specified documentation. Interested? Provider Requirements
RWJBarnabas Health One Source Employee Assistance Program maintains NCQA Standards for our national network of EAP providers. Providers are credentialed based on:
- professional requirements
- expertise
- geographic location

For Current Providers
We ask our providers to forward their credentials as they are updated, including licenses to practice, malpractice insurance facesheets.

Billing
Current Providers must submit a billing log for each EAP session. See the forms page for a fillable billing log, which can be submitted online. Should you wish to contact our Billing Department, please contact RWJBarnabas Health One Source EAP at network1@rwjbh.org.
