Infusion therapy is a key component of any cancer treatment plan. It typically involves the administration of medication through a needle or catheter, but also includes other non-oral routes, such as intramuscular injections. The therapy includes the use of chemotherapy, immunotherapy/biotherapy, monoclonal antibody therapy, hormone therapy, blood products, and supportive supplements. A prescription from your doctor is required.
Our outpatient infusion centers provide state-of-the-art services and amenities to offer the latest technology as well as maximum patient comfort. Our infusion suite consists of curtain private rooms, Lay-Z-Boy recliners for all patients, individual TV’s, chairs for visitors and meals if a patient is receiving treatment during meal time. Our center is staffed by experienced and certified nurses. We offer on-site financial and social work counseling, dietary support, palliative care, laboratory services. We recognize the importance of providing services on schedule and do our best to minimize waiting times for both physician and treatment visits.
Recognizing the busy schedules of our patients, our centers offer flexible appointments and are able to administer treatments promptly and efficiently. The staff’s sole focus is to provide excellent care to all patients and families.
