New Patient Lecture Series

An ASMBS (American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery) ACS (American College of Surgeons) MBSAQIP accredited comprehensive bariatric center

For those considering a bariatric procedure, the most up-to-date information on laparoscopic gastric
bypass surgery, duodenal switch and sleeve gastrectomy is available through the new patient lecture
series held monthly at Monmouth Medical Center. Afternoon and evening sessions are available.
The professionally run support group meets from 7 to 9 p.m. in Stanley 206, 212 and 214 for individuals
who have undergone or are considering surgical weight loss procedures at Monmouth Medical Center.
Discussions are led by Center for Bariatrics multidisciplinary team members, including the program
director, registered dietitian and clinical psychologist.
