For Referring Physicians

Imaging Review Process for Birad 4 and 5:

• Patient will drop off films, CD, reports to the BC
• Patient will complete paperwork (Demographics)(PDF)
• Copy of ID and insurance card
• If patient has script for biopsy at this time, we will take from them and scan into our system.
• Radiologist will review all imaging and will make their recommendation accordingly.
• BC Coordinator will call the patient and schedule her for imaging and/or biopsy within 2 business days.
• Radiologist will generate final report when workup is complete.
