- Peripheral vascular disease (PVD) or peripheral artery disease (PAD)
- Advanced renal disease (including comprehensive hemodialysis access procedures and maintenance)

- Pulse Volume Recording (PVR)
- Tissue capillary oxygen pressure (TCPO2) measurement
