RWJBarnabas Health, the largest integrated healthcare system in New Jersey, is seeking a Hospitalist for Full-Time Employment at Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus located in Lakewood, NJ.
This is a great opportunity for eager physicians to join a well-established, multi-disciplinary team working alongside a strong support staff, including advanced practice providers, to provide high-level, quality-driven patient care at one of the top 150 community hospitals in the Nation according to Becker's Hospital Review 2023.
Ideal candidates will be motivated to join a busy practice, support a team-based approach to patient care, and collaborate with other hospitalists, case managers, social workers, bed managers, and others involved in clinical care, discharge planning, and patient/family communications. The Hospitalist will work a flexible schedule, 12-hour clinical shift model to ensure seamless and appropriate patient care transitions.
Lakewood is a rapidly growing, vibrant community in Ocean County surrounded by beautiful suburban towns that are ideal for families! It is also situated adjacent to the famous Jersey Shore beaches, a popular spot for recreation, shopping, and exploring towns with modern residential condominiums and award-winning local restaurants.
Candidate Requirements:
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey
- Proficient in Resuscitations, Intubations, and Central Lines
