Child Birth Classes
Program will include: 2 hrs / 4 classes—combination lecture and movie presentations.

- Third Trimester Changes, Signs and Symptoms of Labor
- Labor & Delivery “What to Expect”
- “Pain Management”
- A tour of Labor & Delivery / Postpartum
Maternity Tours at Jersey City Medical Center
Jersey City Medical Center Maternal Child Health Department tours are given:
Every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
RSVP is required as space is limited. Come to the main lobby entrance promptly at 5 pm and let the representative at the front desk know that you registered for the maternity tour and a tour guide will come to meet you.
