Graduation Requirements
Jersey City Medical Center Pharmacy Residency
- Residency research project and written manuscript in publishable form received by the RPD within 3 months of completion of the program. Certificate will only be awarded upon receipt of manuscript.

Writing development
- One pharmacy newsletter
- One poster presentation at a regional or national meeting in person or virtually (ie. ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting or NJSHP if unable to attend ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting, etc.)
- Research project presentation developed in platform presentation-ready format and presented to Eastern States Regional meeting or institutional audience in person or virtually (if unable to attend Eastern States)
- One didactic lecture in person or virtually (ie. Medical Resident noon conference, didactic lecture at School of Pharmacy, etc.)
- Staffing every other weekend and one Holiday
- Successful completion of required learning experiences

- Required educational goals and objectives are assessed as “Achieved for Residency” for 90% of objectives.
- Progress towards completion of the Residency Program will be evaluated every 3 months between the Resident and the Residency Program Director. A written action plan will be developed every 3 months to address performance improvement.
