Graduation Requirements
PGY2 Pharmacy Residency in Ambulatory Care
Required Projects and Presentations
- Successful completion of all site specific residency requirements as set forth by ASHP Residency Accreditation Standards
- Successful completion of all required longitudinal practice responsibilities
- Successful completion of all general requirements
- Successful completion of a residency research project and written manuscript in a publishable format for a peer reviewed journal
- Successful completion of a residency portfolio
- RWJBH Leadership Forum: attendance at 75% of sessions, receiving certificate
- Organize and participate in community outreach events at least once each quarter during the PGY2 residency year
- Monthly resident duty hour tracking
- ASHP Required Goals and Objectives must be marked as “Achieved for Residency” for 90% of goals and objectives
Conference Attendance
- Presentation at a conference
- ASHP Midyear + 1 conference of choice
