What is the Resident Development Initiative?

RWJBarnabas Health aims to provide not only clinical excellence and training to our medical residents and fellows, but also support our physicians with information and services related to career counseling and practical needs to effectively launch their professional careers.

In pursuit of this goal, the Resident Development Initiative is designed to provide personalized support as well as workshops related to:

• CV Writing
• Interviewing
• Contract Review
• Career Planning
• Credentialing

We are eager to create new workshops based on the interests and ideas of our residents. With that in mind, residents and fellows are encouraged to contact us with ideas for new programs and to help us better meet your needs.
