Program Basics

RWJBarnabas Health is offering a Resident/Fellow Retention Bonus to residents and fellows that choose to commit early to a position within our network in New Jersey.

Who is Eligible?

2025 and 2026 Residents and Fellows are able to apply.

Specifics

RWJBarnabas Health will pay residents or fellows a monthly stipend during their final year of training for early commitment to join our medical group. Physicians must commit to working within our health system for three years. The stipend can be used for whatever purpose the physician chooses – whether student loans, rent, or other living expenses.
