Our Fellows receive four weeks of vacation, which is integrated within the blocks schedule and a additional five sick days.

Travel stipends are provided to our residents, fellows, and advanced fellows to attend and present at national and international conferences. Most recently, our team has presented at ISHLT 2024.

As an Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Fellow employed by RWJBH, you’ll be given professional liability insurance as well as health insurance with an opportunity to acquire life and disability insurance should you chose do so.
