  • Present for 52-week residency year (holiday / vacations included)
  • MUE and major project completed
  • Manuscript of major project ready for submission to target journal
  • Drug Information Questions (4)
  • Pharmacy Newsletter (2)
  • Formulary monographs to be presented at P&T (1)
  • Pharmacy, Physician, Nursing staff in-services (4)
  • Journal clubs (3)
  • Case-based disease state management presentations (3)
  • NJCEs (2)
  • Staffing Minimum of 18 weekends
  • 2 community outreach events
  • Participation in Leadership forum as part of Longitudinal Management rotation
