Applicant Eligibility

• Graduation from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree
• Completing or have completed an ASHP accredited or candidate-status PGY1 residency
• Eligible for pharmacist licensure in NJ

Application Process

Please provide the following via PhORCAS no later than January 15^th

• Curriculum vitae
• Letter of Intent
• Copy of academic transcripts
• Three letters of recommendation
• One letter must be from PGY-1 Residency Program Director or Residency Preceptor
