PGY-2 Critical Care Pharmacy Residency at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center

Applicant Eligibility

Graduation from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree
Completing or have completed an ASHP-accredited or candidate-status PGY1 residency
Eligible for pharmacist licensure in NJ

Application Process

Please provide the following via PhORCAS no later than January 15^th:

Curriculum vitae
Letter of intent
Copy of academic transcripts
Three letters of recommendation
One letter of recommendation must be from the PGY1 Residency Program Director or Residency Preceptor
