Application Process
Please provide the following on the PHORCAS website no later than January 15.
- Be eligible for pharmacist licensure in the State of New Jersey
- Have completed a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree by an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited school of pharmacy or have a Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee (FPGEC) certificate from the NABP by program start date
- Register for the American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists (ASHP) Resident Matching Program
- Be eligible for employment in the State of New Jersey

Apply through PhORCAS by the application deadline and submit:
- Letter of intent
- A curriculum vitae
- An official college transcript
- Three (3) letters of recommendation
Other Requirements
- Interview required
- Must have valid NJ Pharmacist license by October 1
