Application Process

Please provide the following on the PHORCAS website no later than January 15.

• Be eligible for pharmacist licensure in the State of New Jersey
• Have completed a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree by an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited school of pharmacy or have a Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Examination Committee (FPGEC) certificate from the NABP by program start date
• Register for the American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists (ASHP) Resident Matching Program
• Be eligible for employment in the State of New Jersey
• Apply through PhORCAS by the application deadline and submit:
  • Letter of intent
  • A curriculum vitae
  • An official college transcript
  • Three (3) letters of recommendation

Other Requirements

• Interview required
• Must have valid NJ Pharmacist license by October 1
