Join us in-person or virtually in the WEforum Demonstration Kitchen for a Celiac-friendly cooking class! Join our registered dietitian as she leads families through a simple, healthy, gluten-free recipe. We will also be joined by Dr. Ashwin Agrawal, Medical Director for the Pediatric Celiac Disease Center at RWJBarnabas Health, a program nationally recognized by the Society for the Study of Celiac Disease through their Celiac Disease Unit Recognition Program. Dr. Agrawal will share information on Celiac Disease and answer participant questions. Recipes will be shared in advance for virtual participants who wish to cook along! Please note, the demonstration kitchen is not a gluten-free facility.
