This event takes place at Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus’ James and Sharon Maida Geriatric Conference room. Take charge of your health and find out what your numbers are! The community health education team at Monmouth Medical Center, Southern Campus, is staffed by registered nurses, community health educators and health coaches who can provide blood pressure, bone density, and body mass index (BMI) screenings as well as one-on-one education regarding measures you can take to improve your overall health. Drop in for your screening.
