Join an RWJUH Somerset health care professional for a discussion on the importance of stretching pre and post exercise and the need for appropriate apparel to maximum performance.
HealthHike walkers will take a walk around the mall as a group, log their miles, and receive information on stretches as well as coupons for exercise clothing.
Includes a demonstration of stretches.
Refreshments will be provided by Care-One at Somerset Valley.
