Community Needs Assessment Survey, Help Us, Help You! - RWJUH Hamilton & The Better Health Program
Every three years, RWJ Barnabas Health conducts a large community health survey to better understand the experiences, challenges and priorities of our communities. These results help to shape the programs and services we provide. They are also shared with partners across New Jersey to support the important work they are doing to improve health in their communities.
To continue to effectively pursue our mission to build and sustain a healthier NJ, we need your help. As a valued Better Health Member and an important part of the communities we serve, your insights are integral to the further development of specialized care for our senior population. You can help advance programming, care and ease in access by completing the 15 minute survey. The survey is COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS. Registration is required.
We encourage you to invite your friends and family. The more participants, the more valuable the results. The program is open to the general public.
