If you would like to be a part of the RWJBarnabas Health team, Corporate Services will be hosting a career fair for Patient Account Representative positions within the Patient Accounts Department. Interviews will be conducted by the Patient Accounts Management team.
The Patient Accounts Representative position supports the reduction of Accounts Receivables and may perform a variety of duties including assisting patients directly with their bill or other financial aspects of their hospital service, correspondence response, billing and rebilling, certain denial issues, prompt handling of A/R credits and trend monitoring. Proficiency with Excel is required.
