Alan E. Cooper, MD, is a sports medicine fellowship trained, board-certified orthopedic surgeon in The Department of Surgery at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center. In addition to his role as a general orthopedic surgeon at Cooperman Barnabas, Dr. Cooper will help enhance and improve the lives of athletes of all ages. He specializes in all aspects of sports medicine including non-surgical regenerative treatment of athletic-related injuries, shoulder and knee arthroscopic reconstruction and reverse shoulder replacements.
