Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) - RWJUH
The Level 1 Trauma Center at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital is proud to offer the Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) for providers. The TNCC course is a continuing education class intended for registered professional nurses.
The Emergency Nurses Association (ENA) first implemented the TNCC for national and international dissemination as a means of identifying a standardized body of trauma nursing knowledge.
This course consists of:
- Virtual learning modules including avatar-based simulation
- Interactive teaching strategies
- Electronic, open-book testing
- One and a half-day course
- 18.3 contact hours of CNE
- Optional Student Workbook and Study Guide available
