Rudolf K. Meier, DPM

Dr. Meier was raised in Brick Township, NJ, graduating from Brick Township High School in 1981. Dr. Meier graduated from Thiel College in Greenville, PA in 1985 with a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry. Dr. Meier continued his education at the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine (now Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine) in Philadelphia, PA, graduating in 1989 with the degree Doctor of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Meier did his residency at Kensington Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, from 1989-1991. Dr. Meier began his practice at the current location in Brick on July 22, 1991. Dr. Meier opened an additional office at 307 Route 70 in Lakehurst, NJ on January 11, 1993. Dr. Meier became Board Certified in Foot Surgery in 1997, with recertification taking place in 2005 and 2016. Dr. Meier specializes in all phases of foot and ankle care. Dr. Meier treats heel pain, bunions, flat feet, thick and ingrown nails. Dr. Meier also treats children’s feet. While Dr. Meier is Board Certified in Foot Surgery, he will use conservative, non-surgical means to treat problems before resorting to surgery. Dr. Meier is a caring, thoughtful physician who is compassionate. Dr. Meier is a member and Past President of the Brick Township Rotary Club. Dr. Meier is recognized as a Paul Harris Fellow. Dr. Meier has been involved in Rotary since 1991. Dr. Meier is very community minded. Dr. Meier has coached both baseball and softball in Brick Township, and coached St. Peters Girls Softball.
