Robert B. Qi, MD
- Urology
For me, every patient is an individual with their own story, preferences, and goals. I find immense satisfaction in building meaningful relationships with my patients and collaboratively creating care plans tailored to their circumstances. I aim to utilize the latest clinical evidence and minimally-invasive surgical techniques to create an individualized approach aligned with what matters most to each patient.
I came to RWJBarnabas Health after completing my fellowship at Mayo Clinic (Rochester, MN) in endoscopic and minimally-invasive urologic surgery. Prior to this, I completed my residency and medical school at Duke University, and I received my undergraduate degree from Harvard University.
Philosophy of Care:
I believe in partnering with my patients to understand their unique needs and ensuring they are actively involved in their treatment decisions. By combining the most recent scientific evidence and surgical techniques with compassionate support, I aim to provide a personalized healthcare experience tailored to my patients’ values and objectives.
