    Peter C. Howard is a board-certified urologist with offices in Toms River. He is on staff at Community Medical Center. Dr. Howard earned his bachelor’s degree from Gettysburg College in Pennsylvania and his doctor of Medicine degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He completed his internship in General Surgery and residency in Urology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

    Dr. Howard is a member of the American Urologic Association; the American College of Surgeons; and the American Medical Association. He has been an invited lecturer on several occasions before The Philadelphia Urologic Society.
