Dr. Nariman Konjkavfard was born in Tehran, Iran and raised in Canada, where he pursued his undergraduate studies at York University, graduating with specialized honors in kinesiology and health sciences. He then attended St. George’s University for medical school, completing his degree in 2019, with two years of clinical rotations in hospitals across New Jersey and New York. Following medical school, he completed a four-year residency in psychiatry at Trinitas Regional Medical Center (TRMC). During this time, he gained extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a broad range of psychiatric conditions, including mood disorders, psychotic disorders, ADHD, and working with developmentally disabled populations. With a special interest in interventional psychiatry, he pursued additional certification in Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT) from Northwell Health Zucker Hillside Hospital. Currently, he practices adult outpatient psychiatry, provides ECT services, and offers emergency psychiatric care at TRMC. He is dedicated to improving patient outcomes through compassionate care and cutting-edge psychiatric treatments.
