Mutahar Ahmed, MD

Dr. Ahmed, a board certified Urologist, received his bachelor degree from New York University and obtained his Medical Degree at the State University of New York Upstate Medical University. Dr. Ahmed completed his general surgery and Urologic surgical training at the University Of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ). Dr. Ahmed specializes in Cryosurgery, Oncology, Laparoscopic/Robotic surgery, and reconstructive urological surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeon's and Diplomat of the American Board of Urology. He is a Clinical Assistant in the Department of Surgery - Division of Urology at UMDNJ- New Jersey Medical School. An author and presenter, he has published and presented papers and abstracts in urological journals and meetings. Dr. Ahmed is a member of the Society of Laparoendoscopic Surgeons, a member of American Endourologic Society and a member of the American Urological Association.
