Affiliations Bio Board certified in internal and geriatric medicine, Dr. Disciglio is also a fellow of the American College of Physicians. He received his medical degree from American University School of Medicine in Washington, D.C. and his pharmacy degree from Albany College of Pharmacy in Albany, N.Y. He completed his residency training at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, N.J., where he was chief resident.
Dr. Disciglio is a recipient of the 2014 NJ monthly Top Docs award.
