    Martha Christina Kutko, MD, FAAP, FCCM, is a board-certified Pediatric Critical Care Medicine Specialist at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center. Her philosophy of care is to provide family-centered, compassionate care to children with critical illness.

    Dr. Kutko received her medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and subsequently completed her residency in Pediatrics. She went on to complete a fellowship in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center, New York, NY. Previously, Dr. Kutko was an Attending Pediatric Intensivist at The Valley Hospital in Ridgewood, NJ; Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, NJ; and New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York, NY.

    With board certifications in both general Pediatrics and Pediatric Critical Care, Dr. Kutko has been a recipient of numerous awards, including Bergen magazine’s Top Doctor in 2019 and Best Doctors in America from 2007 to 2018. She has served on major international, national and local committees as well as published a number of journal articles, abstracts, books, monographs and chapters. Additionally, Dr. Kutko is a Fellow in both the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American College of Critical Care Medicine.
