I strive to return athletes of all levels to their pre-injury level of activity in the shortest, safest time frame possible. I am sensitive to the athletes needs to continue their current season and to be prepared for upcoming seasons.

Dr. Rizio is a fellowship trained sports medicine specialist and orthopedic surgeon. Specializing in sports related injuries of the shoulder, knee, elbow and ankle. Dr. Rizio also performs the latest cartilage repair and regeneration techniques. He is intimately aware of athlete's goals and time lines for return to participation at the professional to recreational level. He also offers biologic treatments for a variety of conditions utilizing PRP, bone marrow aspirate (stem cells) and minimally invasive surgical procedures. He has a published author and has lectured on sports related topics.
