Dr. Kathryn Eckert is focused on providing patient centered, compassionate care for benign and malignant diseases of the breast in a comprehensive and multidisciplinary fashion. She is experienced in all breast surgical techniques including breast conserving surgery, oncoplastic surgery, nipple sparing and skin sparing mastectomies, and sentinel lymph node surgery. She is excited about bringing the most up to date surgical approaches in breast cancer care to her patients and advocates for patients to participate in clinical trials where appropriate. She is enthusiastic about the patient experience and has a strong interest in research focusing on patient reported outcomes.
